First of all, it’s World AIDS Day
Click here to find out more information.
Second, as promised, a rather LARGE reminder about this evening:
NOTE: Clicking on the link will take you to a post that contains additional information.
And some more items for your holiday hanging out pleasure:
If you didn’t know, The Polar Express is playing at McWane Center, as mentioned here. The new perennial favorite Santa vs. the Snowman is also playing now through the 31st.
You need to check out the Bottletree Café’s Holiday Craft Bazaar this Saturday (1-5 p.m.) and Sunday (3-7 p.m.) More info on that and other happens at this venue by clicking here. You’re already going tonight anyway, right?
Not to be outdone, the guys over in Forest Park are hosting a Holiday Open House tonight (5-9 p.m.) and tomorrow (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) There’s some more information available on this page of Naked Art’s website (keep scrolling, you’ll get to it).
If you want to get your Kickball on, it’s Sunday; the group gathers at 3 p.m., or whenever the ticker on their MySpace page counts down to zero. The game starts hopefully shortly thereafter (since it gets darker earlier now and such), and this month it’s FREE!
And if you’d rather just stay in and catch up (like I’m planning on doing tomorrow) you may want to check out last night’s shocker as posted here. It has links to some of the more interesting posts of the first real week back in some time.
Enjoy the day and the weekend.
Cheers.
