Driving through downtown last night I caught a glimpse of this piece of art sitting in the intersection of 19th Street North and 3rd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham. My guess is it’s part of the 2nd annual Random Acts of Art taking place throughout the city during the month of October. This is a tame example of what people may run across. Art could include an impromptu musical number or someone setting up an easel to paint. Definitely a time to expect the unexpected.
