I don't know this for sure, but it just seems like I am seeing more of it. I guess that is one reason why I started taking pictures of some of what I have found. It could be accompanied with a sign that says we welcome the art, but please observe the appropriate places to create it. Perhaps there could even be contests and the walls could be renewed ever so often.
